"The host was excellent in his communications with us and the amenities was excellent."

"Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. "

"Was exactly as described and actually was more roomier than I thought it would be. Great backyard.! We enjoyed our stay no problems."

"Easily the worst stay I have had. Just be aware that this is not a building in good shape. One is that the building is deteriorated enough that the floors all slant one towards one wall. We just used the place at night to try to sleep, but that didn’t go well either! But I felt that I was on a boat and my balance was off all the time. My son slipped on the floor in the bathroom and was pretty sure that the floor was leaning downhill. There are a lot of issues and concerns when staying here...

"This was our second year staying at this rental and we enjoyed it tremendously. We loved the location, comfortable bed, beautiful backyard and pool."

"Debi is great! Debi was there in constant contact with me since there was an issue with booking at first. Clean and had enough beds for my team that was completing a Commercial HVAC Project. Would recommend highly !"

"We had a great one night stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. The home is super cute, spotlessly clean and full of thoughtful touches for guests. The backyard is a very nice outdoor space with shade and nice furniture for relaxing. "
