"This is a brand new hotel opened in June 2026, 2 weeks before my visit. Staff are amazing, very helpful. Food is excellent. Location is excellent accross from the Lisberg amusment park. The convention center is 10-15 min walking. You can also take the tram but it is just 1 stop away. There was an issue with leak but they moved me quickly to a new room. Room size is OK, little bit on smaller size especially with large king and a small bunk bed. This is amazing set up for those with small kids....

"Good location. It is right opposite Heden Station. We took the short walk (about 1 km) from Central Station. Note that there is a short flight of steps to enter the hotel if you have heavy luggage’s like us. Staff were friendly, with cosy and clean room. Breakfast is basic but definitely a big plus for us. "Check was smooth as we were early the receptionist came to let us know the room was ready while we played shuffleboard in the lobby area. Our room was spacious but had no ac, so fairly warm. The reception staff obliged by giving us free iced water to fill our bottle. The room was dark as the walls are painted dark. Which is a shame. Our room faced away from the main busy road so we had quiet nights with the window open. Breakfasts are well serviced and always full of fresh food with an ambient atmosphere. Walk into town was about 20 minutes and a fairly quiet safe neighbourhood. I would recommend staying here."
