"Ett nybyggt hotell med hög mysfaktor. Personalen är outstanding oavsett titel. Rummen är fina och sängarna är super. Frukosten är mycket jättegod och vällagad. "The hotel is amazing,the room was clean and cozy,the only thing was the ventilation was to strong so it was a bit chilly. Breakfast was very rich,fresh and various things to choose from. The spa area is very well maintained and there is plenty of space to relax,widough felling crowded. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and kind ."

"The good: * Great breakfast buffet * Really fun hotel * Very clean * Very friendly and helpful staff * Easy access to the park * Trams right outside the hotel quickly get you to most places you'd want to visit within minutes The "to be improved": * The check in was confusing. I messaged the property before my stay aboutate checkout and confirmed the timings yet the staff had no recollection of it and said they don't do it. When I asked someone else I got slightly conflicting advice * The dinner buffet in the restaurant was comically bad (I don't know if it was because it was a quiet evening or something but terrible!). Swedish meatballs with no sauce? Nachos with no cheese!??? * Sheets in our bedroom were not changed unless we specifically requested it, and cups were not changed either * They suddenly stopped giving complimentary guest passes to the park, which was news to us when we arrived "

"Everything was perfect, one of the best and most clean hostels I have stayed in. The staff was very kind and helpful, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, the rooms/bathrooms/showers/kitchen were super clean and tidy. There were individual lockers allotted in the room for you, which were useful. The other people in the room were also clean and respectful. The public transport was just 4 minutes walk which was directly accessible to Korsvagen (central). There are grocery stores right next door for any essentials. Thank you to the kind and helpful staff. I really appreciate it. Highly recommend for other solo travellers too."
