"On arrival had a warm welcome from the staff who asked if we wanted drinks we said yes and that we had booked 2 rooms. We were given our drinks and they would bring the room keys to us in a few minutes. Young lady came over and asked if we would like to see the rooms, which I went with the young lady and shown the rooms. I rejoined my friends and told them the rooms were amazing and very clean. "Very poor hotel not at all what I expected. The room itself was very poor everything very old, the net curtains were all ripped. The bathroom was a mess all the tiles where black mykids didnt even want a shower. The toilet did nt flush properly. Towel rail didnt even work. Extra bedding wasnt supplied had to ask as the room was booked for 2 adults and 1 child but there wasnt enough bedding was told the room was only booked for 2 people. Must stress that the young man that was on duty that night...
