"Staff was great and the hostel overall is really nice they were accommodating when it came to storing my insulin in the fridge and keeping my ice packs in the freezer. I will say some of the area seems a bit sketch (I saw a guy get jumped) and it’s a bit out of the way from the central part of the city"

"We had a great experience there, as 6 young girls we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The staff was great and helped us with whatever we needed as well! "

"Whole property was in horrible state.. There was renovation/painting going on and the room I was supposed to stay had no ventilation so it had so much dust I got strong allergic reaction. Walls are thin like Japanese houses, sounds from toilets emanates through like you were next to the toilet seat. The corridors steep and narrow mazes and the odd joint of weed can be smelled. That place should be decommisioned. "

It was only one night stay, when we checked-in it was told to us that our room what we ordered is booked so we will get another room, so we got keys from the room and after long trip we opened the door and there was person who sleeped in the room. "Lovely place with a great sized room and very easy to commute to and from into Amsterdam. Good set of amenities! Very easy to go upstairs and grab food or drinks too if you want. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. For 3 guests in one room, a nice touch would be a small chest of drawers somewhere maybe for clothes. "

"This hotel was overall great. The rooms were spacious and well appointed- nespresso machine, dishwasher, tvs, etc. You could not hear noise from adjacent rooms or those above you - only occasional door slams. The breakfast had lots of options and was pretty good. I also appreciated the laundry room in the basement. It’s pretty far from the city center but close to a tram station. The staff were all helpful, friendly and always happy to accommodate. I would stay here again if back in Amsterdam."
