"The airport shuttle was unavailable so we rented a car. I reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each room but was given 2 rooms with 1 double bed in each room. I tried to extend our stay by 1 night and called before flying up to Alaska and they one extended one room, not both and it was a hassle to be able to stay in the other room for the one additional night and was charged almost "

"Hotel was dirty and in disrepair. There were people living there full time with many dogs. Also the breakfast was minimal. Would not stay there again."

"We chose this hotel over cheaper options mainly because it advertised a spa. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that the sauna wasn’t working and wouldn’t be fixed anytime soon. That was extremely disappointing, as the spa was the main reason we were willing to spend more money to stay here. Had we known, we would have chosen a more affordable hotel that at least included breakfast. What made the situation worse was that the staff didn’t seem particularly apologetic and didn’t offer any kind of compensation or gesture of goodwill, such as complimentary breakfast. The room itself also had a few issues. It was on street level, and the blinds were quite see-through, so we could clearly see the lights from passing cars and people outside, which made it feel less private and disrupted the atmosphere. There was also no hair dryer in the room, we had to request one after arriving. Overall, the stay didn’t meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid. Because of this experience, I wouldn’t stay here again and will be seeking a partial refund."

"Excellent communication for property info and safe access! Both the apts were modern, tastefully appointed and very very clean! Ideal location for anyone interested in seeing Anchorage area or touring base. Central to museums or activities like FurRondevous or Iditarod and extremely comfortable with value! Hidden gem, please ask about casa properties!"

"The room was clean but the bathroom was very run down. We had a floor tile that was loose. A positive is that the room was warm. Not a good value at all for the price we paid. "
