"Checked in one day early for our cruise, on our own. The second night was booked thru Celebrity. The front desk was able to accommodate us by not having to switch rooms. Excellent customer service overall and great location for walking and touring the city. Thank you."

"The room and the hotel was great. It was like staying in a hotel in the 1800s but with modern comforts. Shops and restaurants within walking distance was nice. There were some homeless in the area and one of them was getting aggressive with us. Thankfully there were cops walking around and they came to our aid. So thankful for that."
