Comfortable home

This is a cute house in a nice neighborhood. Having 2 king beds is a plus and they were very comfortable. Lots of living space and a nice, small outside yard for our little dog. Plenty of parking and garage to park as needed. We will stay again next time we are looking for a place in Denver

Wonderful stay

We loved this house! It was clean, comfortable and very easy to find. Lots to do within walking distance but also very drivable. It was also surprising at how big it was. Also everything we needed for utensils, cooking equipment etc was available. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

A Great Stay

Wonderful stay in Wheat Ridge

The house was wonderful. It was large with plenty of space for everyone. It had been updated really nice. Was a very comfortable place to stay for a few days while visiting Denver. Neighborhood is a little older type neighborhood but quiet and pleasant.

Great place and location

Well appointed and comfortable with easy access to downtown Denver and Red Rocks. There are also lots of restaurants and grocery stores in close proximity. The house has plenty of space including a fenced in backyard. It even has an attached garage that you can park it, making loading and unloading a breeze! Will stay again.

Fabulous quiet home

The neighborhood is walkable with restaurants nearby. The street is fairly quiet and there was plenty of room for our family of four. We believe a wide variety of people - young couple to an older family - would enjoy staying here. The attached garage and laundry were convenient, too!

Place was amazing and was beyond expectations. The house was clean and offered everything you could wish for. This place is a lot bigger than pictured and there’s plenty of room for everyone. Neighborhood was quiet and location was convenient to any stores you may need. I would book here again in a heart beat and I’m glad I did.

Great getaway spot

This house was exactly what we needed for a family vacation visit, housing the overflow. The house had all the amenities we needed and was very clean upon entry. It is in a great location that allowed us to walk to eateries, quick drive to anything we needed. As we had family in town we visited with daily, we didn’t use the yard or grill, but that was very nice to have! Would book this again should we need a spot for future visits.

Great house and great quiet neighborhood . There were four of us and we were very comfortable. There was plenty of room. Enjoyed being able to walk down the street to a great beer garden restaurant and cook a meal at the house. Communication with owner was great . Great home in Edgewater

This home was more spacious than I thought and had everything we needed during our stay. Everything looks recently updated. Having the garage was an extra bonus I wasn't even aware of. Edgewater is interesting town and there are some nice restaurants a short walk from the home.

Great experience

This home was adorable! Lots of upgrades and very homey. We brought our doggie, and she was very comfortable too! The location was great for what we wanted to do, and John was very responsive to our inquiries. It was such a bonus to have access to the 2-car garage.
