Great space with kitchen which is why I booked. Wonderful staff. Convenient to Golden which is the purpose of my visit to connect with a family member attending school there. Have stayed previously and would book again.

The room was great minus a light scent of Dog pee. The corridors of the hotel could use a deep clean, scuffs and holes on the walls and the carpets in the hall were gross. It was quiet, easy to get to, and the room was nice though so not a big deal about the corridors.

I don’t recommend this hotel. Did not feel safe during my stay there at all. Smelly hallways, old bathrooms, no amenities, sketchy neighbourhood. For the same price there are much better options around; I’d stay elsewhere next time I’m in the area.

This hotel was wonderful! As a mama traveling solo with her child, Renée was so kind and so loving and exactly who we needed arriving later in the evening. The room was spacious and clean and beautiful and stocked. The hotel smelled well. The parking was easy and felt safe and every single staff member I interacted with was very pleasant. Overall, this was a great stay and we couldn’t have appreciated all of you more thank you!

My stay at the Sonesta Simply Suites was for business, and my reservation was made after reviewing pictures and speaking with hotel staff. All of which provided me with inconsistent information and false advertising. I have traveled all over the world, including third world countries and this establishment was unequivocally, the absolute worst, I have ever stayed at. Everything smells like cigarettes, garbage, and mold. Do not stay here if you want to enjoy coming home. RIP to my weekend. And hopefully smooth sailing to yours by avoiding this absolute shipwreck of a stay.

The lobby, halls and elevator had a terrible old smoke covered up by something awful. The room was much cleaner. My air conditioner didn’t work and they have a $500.00 incidentals hold which was shocking. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The main entrance to the hotel is very small and hard to find, and there is no lobby, just a small check-in counter. The check-in process is very slow, took us about 20 minutes to just do a simple check-in. Booking the room doesn't even come with a bottle of water. you'll have to buy from the check-in counter. The room itself is fine, but my assigned room had weird smell when I got in. Overall a pretty poor experience, do not recommend.
