“ The Perfect Spot” In the heart of the city!

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3bedroom/2bath house.  Newly remodeled, inside and out! The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, with own master bathroom and soaking tub. The other rooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people.  The cozy living room is furnished with 2 full size couches, love seat, large TV and fireplace.  The kitchen is perfect for dining in. We have a dining table and kitchen table for eating and entertainment. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer for you convenience. The enormous back yard is equipped with an inset fire pit, 20x30 sandbox with wood play-set for the kiddos and a huge patio. The driveway is equipped to hold 8 vehicles if travelers are arriving separately! Very spacious inside and out with an open layout! Also, we are one block away from Walgreens, Target, grocery store, liquor store, Sloans Lake Park, pizza, and 3 blocks from bars! 5 min uber to the heart of Downtown (Including Pepsi Center and Mile High Stadium)! We are located walking distance to dispensaries but ask NO SMOKING of any kind in the house as we like to keep our property immaculate for the next guest! Thanks, we hope you enjoy your stay! Denver Weekend September 2024

This property was the perfect spot for our stay. It was close to the city and easy to get to and from everywhere we needed to go. Michelle and Manny were very communicative throughout the whole process and were wonderful hosts. I would absolutely recommend this location as a place to stay for anyone that is looking to plan a trip to the Mile High City.

Great Girls’ trip to Red Rocks and beyond

The house was awesome :) Close to grocery stores and restaurants (which was a huge plus) The location is a tad tricky to get in and out with the busy street, but it wouldn't keep us from staying again! We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Convenient getaway

This was a great place for our family…large areas inside and lovely fenced back yard with patio to enjoy as well. Communication with the owners was good. It was convenient for our family as we visited together.

Came for the Stones concert

Location was nice, close to lake( which is great for walking around) grocery store and Target, and Mile High Stadium. On a busy street, the neighborhood is a little sketchy, however felt well protected, with privacy fence! Nice and roomy, however less beds then the ad said. We did enjoy our stay and would certainly stay again!!

Great house!

This house is close to downtown but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. Great restaurants close and even Walgreens across the street. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfy. It snowed 2 days while we were there and it was beautiful!
