Being just a short hop to trendy Old Town Arvada, you can be at breweries, restaurants & shops within minutes!



The Space:

This is a contemporary and spacious single family house in a residential neighborhood that you will have to yourself and can feel like home as you explore Colorado. The property is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every guest to ensure your safety and comfort. The upstairs living area is complete with a spacious dining room with a large table, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Head downstairs to find a full living area & game room as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom! No detail was overlooked in making this the perfect space for your vacation and one that you will want to come back to again and again! Groups and families will love the option to have their own separate space after you are done exploring and adventuring through Colorado all together! Since Coloradans love their outdoor time, there is also a large, private fenced yard for you to relax in with our brand new hot tub! With Denver and Golden both being just 15 minutes away, you will easily be able to see so much of what Colorado has to offer during your stay. Old Town Arvada (5 min away) is a local favorite of many “Denverites” that is little known to most tourists! Hop on the light rail to get downtown from here or to make your way back to the airport! The home is within minutes of the main highway (I70) to take you out to the mountains getting you to all the Colorado hiking and skiing in no time!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Parks and playgrounds within walking distance. Olde Town Arvada within short drive or 30 minute walk. Olde Town has a light rail station which allows a quick ride to downtown Denver.



Getting Around:

We have a driveway and street parking available. Please limit street parking to two vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

We are available to support our guests throughout their stay. Guests can reach us using the Airbnb messaging system.



Interaction with Guests:

We are dog friendly! Our backyard is completely fenced in, but please bring everything you need for your furry friend. Our pet fee is per animal. A few important items to note: Please bring your pet's favorite toys and treats. We allow small small to medium sized dogs (under 50 lbs). No pitbulls (no exceptions). The charge is $25/night per pet. You are required to clean up after your pet. Dog messes left behind will be charged $100 plus $50 per waste incident cleaned by our staff.
