Hotel is in a good location if you're looking to see something at Dick's sporting Goods park. There's grocery store and Walmart within walking distance. Other than that beds are horribly out of date with uncomfortable springs and pillows were not very clean, asked for clean ones and they never came (had to go buy new ones at walmart). Make sure you bring everything with you that you need during your stay cause the hotel doesn't include anything in your room. That includes no shampoo, conditioner, soap (body/dish). Maids only come around once a week to clean so you have to dump your trash and keep your towels clean. If you need kitchenette utensils you can either order up front for an added charge or go buy yourself at one of the local stores. Other reviews were concerned with the night activity around the hotel but I didn't think it was that bad. Mostly construction workers are staying there. The front desk is available but really don't want to go out of there way to help you. And be ready for them to come knocking on your door 1 hour before check out time. To hurry you out after they have been avoiding you the whole stay. They must have trouble with people always trying to over stay and not Leave. I will probably stay there again, just need to come better prepared.

Not a typical hotel. Most people seem to be staying there long term. They only clean/stock your room once every 14 days, so we had nothing in our week there. The bathrooms are not stocked with shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. There is no ice machine in the building at all. They add charges we were unaware of (booking with Expedia) including for “linens”. Are we joking? Wouldn’t go back.

Like a low level prison. Expedia mis represented this pit. its an extended stay with weird cooking smells. no breakfast. one bar of soap. you have to beg for extra towels. sandpaper TP. lots of unfocused folks hanging around. never again id rather camp out.

The room was mediocre, and everything was tidy when I checked in. The mattress was really uncomfortable and flat. You can tell it’s poor quality. The Wi-Fi is not even functional and I even paid for the upgraded option but I work remotely and I couldn’t even get my computer to login. The shower needs some recaulking and the worst part is the hot water. It doesn’t stay at one temperature while you’re showering. For the price - I guess it met my expectations of having a place to sleep but beyond that, I wouldn’t spend my money here again.

This hotel is very noisy and very dirty, although the room itself wasn't bad. The hallway and elevator floors were filthy. There were what appeared to be homeless people hanging around the property and it appeared as if some of them were staying there. Maybe an ok environment for construction type workers staying from out of town but definitely not a family hotel.

We stayed two weeks while we looked for a place to live in Denver. The room we got was a two bed with a stove and full sized refrigerator. Hangers are provided in the closet area, and there’s enough space to store your belongings. You can ask the front desk to rent some kitchenware. There’s a vending machine for snacks and drinks. The laundry room has 5-6 washers and dryers, and it’s available 24/7. This is a pet friendly place, so you’ll see a few dogs on leashes. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!
