"This should not be a hotel it should be a motel. It looks like they give vouchers to unhoused people. Homeless people outside hanging out. I went to go buy sandals to shower due to the conditions of the shower. Very poor hotel. Dirty elevator and very ugly room. "

"The parking fee was the only surprise here, $64.00 per night I thought was a little steep. $35.00-40.00 would have been more reasonable. I paid $24.00 for meter parking at 2 bucks per hour right in front of the hotel. "

"I cannot say what a wonderful place this was to stay. The room was lovely, updated and very quiet and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was perfect and the bar and Urban Farmer Restaurant were great. The location was excellent and within walking distance to Union Station, restaurants and Coors Field. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Denver."

"This is an older, bare bones, hotel. Absolute minimum ammenities: no coffee in room or in lobby, one thin blanket, no cups, or water, thin, thread-bare towels, common areas are run-down. Staff answered questions grudgingly but showed no interest in assisting or ensuring that we had what we needed."
