"Good - All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Every evening they will come and ask what time we would like our breakfast served. They even packed our breakfast and sent to our room as early as 4.30am. They fulfilled all our request such as extra hangers for hanging clothes etc. The homestay is just opposite the airport and there's a famous big bakpia (local delicacies) store just located at the main road near the homestay. "I was a little disappointed since hotels.com price showed a price of approximate 100€ and I was happy to find a discounted price with 66%, so I was expecting a better condition of the room; especially the bathroom. The room was livable but very worn. Typical Indonesian breakfast, so maybe not what a European traveler would be looking for. Service was ok anyhow and the area quiet."

"The hotel needs to update its facilities because it is already too old. It does not live up to it’s 4-star hotel status. We booked it hoping that we will have a wonderful experience in a 4-star hotel, but we were very disappointed with the quality of room we had. They need to upgrade the hotel and compete with other 4-star hotels in the city."
