"Took a private hire car from the airport to get there (130 RMB), as it isnt close to the Metro but once we were there, everything we needed was nearby. Hangzhou East train station is about 1 mins walk away, and there are numerous eating places next to the hotel, along with a 7-11 ao you wint go hungry. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Staff were friendly and helpful."

I was very busy working in the room so I had no time to make up room. "The hotel is awesome! The only thing that we do not like is the jin sha restaurant at the hotel. Before we checked in, I did a lot of research online and this restaurant is supposed to be one of the best places to get local hang zhou cuisine. But we are very disappointed by the quality of the food despite of the fact that it is very expensive. "
