We had a great stay in the hotel. The staff, especially Clara, Vivian, and Freya, are super friendly and helpful. Convenient location with easy access to many popular tourist places nearby. Rooms are modern and clean. Food is fantastic. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Midtown Shangri-La, Hangzhou. The hotel’s environment is excellent and the location is very convenient. Breakfast was truly abundant, and the croissants were among the best we’ve tasted in any hotel in China. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Hangzhou.

The room was clean and spacious. The service staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was right next to the mall which makes it very convenient for shopping and food. It’s just a short walk from West Lake as well. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel and conveniently located. Walkable to west lake and 湖滨银泰。武林夜市 is literally downstairs. We bought the horizon club and were able to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner!

Central hotel

The hotel is centrally located with great access to restaurants and only a 10-15 min walk from west lake. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with plenty western options. It is attached to the merry shopping centre which is really handy also and a good landmark making the hotel easy to find.
