What really made it stand out was the staff being so kind to our children - there were sweets on their pillows, which was really nice after a long journey. At breakfast I was on my own with the children and the hostess offered to get my food and a coffee, which was so thoughtful. The chef came out and asked the children if they would like some pancakes, which he then prepared specially for them with fresh strawberries. Really kind and individual service! "
