The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The accommodations were just what I needed during my travels, and I truly enjoyed my stay. Great value, great service, and an all-around fantastic experience! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend B&B Hotels to anyone traveling in the area!"

"Great hotel for a short stay. Staff friendly and the place was clean."

"Great location. Perfect for a stop over."

"Good food available. Close to downtown."

"Great location, clean throughout and good bar, restaurant and breakfast. Ideal for a short golfing break or countryside stay close to Derby."

"The breakfast was excellent the staff went out if their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The poached eggs were cooked to perfection and the staff even though were run off their feet found time to chat and engage with all customers at breakfast."

"The staff were ok. The room was like going back in time. The furniture was discoloured and very dated. The bathroom was not great. Very disappointed with the breakfast. The photos show a nice continental breakfast but in reality you get some toast with jam or cereal with tea or coffee The rooms are not soundproof and we had some very loud ladies in the next room that decided to shout until 2am so no sleep for us All in all we would rate our experience a 2 out of 10 and that is being generous...

"Good size room, clean and comfortable. Really helpful staff."

"Very clean and well kept property. Friendly and helpful staff. Our dog stayed with us at no extra charge and the overall price was excellent value. As they do accommodate pets, it maybe an idea to have external litter bins. Apart from that our stay was great and we will be back."
