As retired teachers and friends, we meet up in Des Moines twice a year. We found our perfect spot. This townhouse was so cute and comfortable. We had a garage to park two cars and didn’t use them for the two nights we were there. It is walkable to several restaurants. We plan to return again in the spring. The owners are fantastic and accommodating!

IA AAU Wrestling Tournament

The location was great for getting to the IA Events Center. Quick and easy. There was great restaurants nearby. If you are a light sleeper, the traffic may bother you. Overall great stay. Clean and comfy!

Great location for event!

We had a great stay. Super close to Hoyt Sherman for an event. It rained so we only got a sneak peek of the rooftop patio- but we will be back to enjoy it again. The only *wishlist* item we had was to have had some coffee creamers this morning.

Great spot downtown DSM

The townhouse was clean, spacious and exactly as advertised. The location is incredibly convenient to All things downtown and quite walkable as well. Beds were extremely comfortable, too. The only thing we wished we had was a grill on the rooftop. I will definitely stay again next time!

Conference during Spring Break

This was a lovely property. Very comfortable accommodations. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your toiletries. They provide complimentary toiletries, which are nice, but if you stay multiple days, you will need your own. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I'd stay here again in the future.

Sister Getaway.

This property was a perfect location and wonderful accommodations for 3 sisters visiting the city. We could enjoy the sculpture garden and other areas on foot. Having a garage was such a bonus and added safety.

Des Moines downtown

This property is wonderful for 1 or 2 couples as the 2 bedrooms each have their own bathroom. Townhome is well equipped and clean. We were (unfortunately) unable to use the rooftop patio, but there is private outdoor space. Owner was quick to respond to any of my communication, and very pleasant. We hope to be able to use this property again, and highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to be downtown.

Complete package!!

Home was spotless!! It was so comfy and the upper Patio was so nice to have coffee on in the morning. The location was fantastic! Close to many breweries and restaurants. Was so nice to have the garage for parking and made loading and unloading a breeze! Host was attentive and accommodating. Check in and departure was very easy. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Weekend Getaway

Met up with family to enjoy a long weekend together. Check in process was very easy and property is as pictured. Layout was great for two couples. If weather permits, the rooftop patio would be fabulous ( was too cold for our stay). The one drawback was the traffic noise and the trains throughout the entire night was quite surprised how loud it was in unit.
