The apartment was a bit smaller than expected but had everything I needed—including a well-equipped kitchen, perfect if you feel like cooking (though you're surrounded by great restaurants). Walking distance to the Museo Nacional, Avenida Central, and Avenida 33 made exploring the city easy, and I felt safe walking alone at night thanks to visible police presence in the area. "After a frustrating long day of transport to San Jose and then requiring hospital treatment in San Jose, the 10.30pm arrival here was so welcoming. Angelica on reception specifically took time to note our queries and concerns and then provided excellent service and support for us. The reception manager also gave us a discount for eating at Ivory bar that night which was welcomed. My partner had a bad leg and Angelica advised on the availability of ice packs and extra pillows for elevation as well as upgrading us to Club for our 4 night stay. We were so relieved to arrive here after such a tricky day. Thanks to all staff "
