"Our stay here was great. We were made to feel welcome and the staff were very helpful when we needed them. We had a deluxe double room which was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the old town one way and 15 minutes from a big shopping centre the other. The spa facilities were OK, the jacuzzi was a good size. "Beautiful hotel however the bed was terrible. Very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were hard and seemed very cheap. For how much care and attention they put into the rest of the hotel I was very surprised that they didn’t put more thought into the mattress and pillows. The sheets weren’t soft either. My husband was able to sleep but he can sleep anywhere. I had a very hard time getting any sleep. Hopefully they plan on upgrading the mattresses and pillows soon. Other than that everything was...

"Very central hotel in the heart of the Old Town. Staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are to a good standard and are well equipped. Excellent shower. Breakfast was good. Only minor points were a negative, there is no lift which was fine for me, but may be an issue for others. As the building is old (but well maintained) the floors squeaked a lot! Overall an excellent hotel and i would happily stay again."
