The hotel is starting to look a bit dated but will serve both business customers as well as families and tourists. Decent hotel but expensive, needs updates
"Hotel was clean but our shower looked like it needed to be cleaned. Overall the hotel room needed a deep clean and things replaced. The drapes/blinds were definitely dirty and needed to be replaced as there was rips in them. The bed was rather uncomfortable and felt that it actually sloped to the edge when you laid down. The pillows were so thin that it took all 3 to give support. Overall, a one night stay is ok, but for the money it was not worth it. Anchorage is a destination place, so finding a good hotel is hard. Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Main lobby and halls were clean and looked ok. "
