"We stayed an extra day on our trip so we booked a night here. The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel was a couple of blocks from the central bus location to catch a bus to different parts of the city. The bus maps and routes were very easy to figure out. The hotel had a shuttle that took us to the airport at end of our stay. The hotel is located in the downtown area, close to restaurants "

"This was the nicest of our three hotel stays in Alaska. I loved the privacy and quiet of the individual cabins. There was a shuttle service to and from all the airport and train station, and a restaurant on site adding to the convenience. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends or family. "

"The horse back ride was a highlight! The wrangler and her daughter were delightful! Beautiful, easy to ride horses. Fresh salad from the greenhouse was delicious. Hot springs were relaxing and novel in a gorgeous setting. "

"This place seems hidden from view. It is quiet, and in good condition. The breakfast is adequate and the coffee bar in the lobby is great."

"The hotel is located in downtown. It's right along the river.They had a nice river walk. It was close to shopping and a lot of places to walk and get food. There's a barbecue place right around the corner and an ice cream truck in the parking lot across the street from the barbecue place that stays open until 10 PM. The staff there always greeted us when we came in. Asked if we were having a good day, if we needed anything. Very friendly, nice. Our hotel room was clean. I felt very secure there. You have to use a key card to get into the building and also in order to use the elevator to go up to your floor. Enjoyed my stay "
