"Such a lovely hotel. So close to everything. Rooms were spotless, staff were friendly, parking was abundant, and always felt safe as mother traveling with small children. When we go back to Pittsburgh this is where we will stay."

"The stay started with our room not being ready at check in. Once we got to the room all seating areas had disturbing stains on them. We proceeded to walk through the room where for 2 people there were only enough towels and bathroom items for one. I called the front desk to get extra towels, toilet paper, and a spare blanket to place on the couch, because it was very dirty. I waited for the items to come up to the room and after an hour or more passed I decided to go to the lobby to retrieve the...

"Room was not the best. We expected so much better. Front desk staff was great BUT #1 restaurant breakfast staff for the WEEKDAYS was not very nice. Order took long, the food we received was for a different table, got they're attention to let them know but we felt as if we were bothering them, then it took even longer to get our breakfast (breakfast WEEKEND staff was great) #2 Bar staff was not very welcoming. I understand it was a busy night with the opposing team also staying at the hotel but...

"Friendly and helpful staff, room was nice, breakfast options were good. Great location."

"Dated but comfortable"

"Clean room and amenities. Great location."

"Well located, however the room had a musty smell, and AC started smelling like something was burning so we had to turn it off. Bathroom had a garden musty smell as well. One of the bed sheets had stains on them. The cleaning crew did not come to clean our room. Stay was okay but below expectations for a Hilton Garden Inn."

"Everything was excellent as always."

"The hotel is a little dated with limited views of the city. It states a restaurant on site, but there is no restaurant or bar as stated on their website. The complimentary breakfast was good but they close the restaurant right at 9am. Coffee was not available after the 9am closing since everything was removed by the staff. The staff was great and they reported the hotel is being renovated starting in November 2026. The rooms definitely need updating and our sofa had a lot of stains on it. There...

"Good"

"My stay was good. Was in town for the game. Easy access to bus ( Uber was way expensive) close enough to downtown and stadium. Breakfast was ok PANCAKE machine was malfunctioning. ( should invest in waffle maker)Will probably stay there again next time I'm in town for a game."

"We found Homewood Suites downtown Pittsburgh to be the perfect spot for our weekend trip. The location was ideal for our event as it was right on the water, and close to the Strip District for food and entertainment. We were in town for a rowing regatta and were easily able to bike along the course from the hotel to view the race. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice, spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was well presented and tasty. Would return. Stayed at...
