6/10 Okay

"We only enjoyed the beach…nothing else. Service was the worst I’ve ever had at any other all inclusive I’ve been to. Very limited options for food at buffet especially for breakfast and having to wait for hours for food was ridiculous when the restaurants seemed so empty. We would not come back to this hotel and definitely wouldn’t recommend with little kids."

"Unfortunately our stay at Ocean Point Resort in room 210 didn't meet our expectations. We arrived at 2:30pm and was told our check in was at 3pm which was fine. We didn't get checked in til 5pm. The room had several issues including leaking water from the AC, hot water problems and unsafe balcony door. There were 2 twin mattresses pushed together with a large lump in the middle. We also experienced poor customer service during parts of our stay and a double charge on our credit card at the Bush House gift shop, with the second charge appearing under Western Union. Some positives include Jessica at the resort restaurant. Thankfully the restaurant next door Mama Mia's provided us with great meals and customer service which we used for breakfast and dinner everyday. Antigua was beautiful unfortunately the overall resort experience was very disappointing. Itinerary #72072326933935 May 11th-15th."
