"Property was in good shape and clean. LOTS of space!! Great value for the price!! "

"I really enjoyed staying at the property. The staff was excellent. We really enjoyed the lounge area where there were several games to play, snacks, drinks, music streaming. They have a lovely fire pit and outdoor seating areas. An outdoor movie/sauna area, pool, hammocks, pickleball court and ping pong table. The property is surrounded by forest with trails. I will definitely stay at the property again if I find myself in the area. The only con was the driveway/road between the street,...

"Great stay. Breakfast was great. The pool water was pretty chilly but very clean"

"Cute little room. Worth the $"

"I really enjoy my stay, and one of the front desk agent gave me a complementary best room which I fully love"

"Although a bit dated, the property was VERY clean and well maintained. The front desk was SUPER friendly and helpful. Great location close to everything and an easy walk downtown."

"My booking was cancelled by sales and I didn’t know til I arrived to check in. The receptionist laughed at the situation and I was asked to leave. Not only was she rude and really disrespectful but she didn’t even let me sit in the parking lot to look for a new place to spend the night. Thankfully Expedia jumped on my case and found me a resolution in no time. I will not be booking with this hotel for future stays."

"The best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel in the friendliest staff."

"Loved our stay! We had one of the cave rooms! Very peaceful and we enjoyed our stay."

"Lovely getaway in a great location We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, and the suite was beautifully set up and full of charm. Having parking right in front of our door made arriving and heading out so easy. The service stood out too: the hosts were friendly, quick to respond, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. A wonderful spot for a relaxing weekend, and we'd happily stay again."

"The service was very kind, especially because I got in after hours, but the room left something to be desired. The main concern was a few spider webs with daddy long-legs and some general wear and tear in the room. The jacuzzi tub worked though!"

"Check in was odd. No one was available so had to call and got texted the room # and door code. Small issue with curtains off track, but got corrected quickly. The room was clean and nicely renovated. Outside doesn't give the same nice vibe. Quiet at night. The bed is the foam kind, so feels like sink into hole. Not to my liking, but others may like that style of bed. Overall satisfied with the stay."

"The staff was very helpful"

"Room was exactly as depicted. Clean, smelled fresh, bed was very comfortable! Despite being on a major roadway and it was a busy holiday weekend, the other tenants were quiet, road noise was minimal. The parking lot is a bit cramped but it’s a smaller lodge so to be expected. The staff were so considerate and helpful. Their recommendation for the Thai place around the corner was spot on. Delicious! Would definitely recommend The Lodge as a reasonably priced comfortable place to spend the...
