We had a fantastic stay at Fleur de Chine. This is an exceptional hotel on all fronts. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite with Tatami room and incredible views across Sun Moon Lake from our terrace. Our kids had a blast in the pools and with the many activities. The location right on Sun Moon Lake allowed for some great walks around the lake and hikes through the surrounding forest. The staff were also incredible from check in to check out and always took the time to prioritize guests....

Superb customer service and attentive staff. Place was clean and quiet. The hotel is a bit away from the city center but we had no issues getting Grab.

This island is perfect for family with kids. They have kids swim pool, kids water park, kids beach, out door playground, in door game room, in door kids activity room, kids spa, so kids can do many things there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. They provide golf cars as transportation on the island, so kids do not need to walk. Room is clear, in room dinning is good. Very well run hotel and the location is ideal as it is right by the mall. However if they can offer the free self service laundry facilities similar to other hotels then it would be perfect.

We loved our 3 day stay at this beautiful hotel on a lovely beach. The staff were charming and welcoming, especially Phumi. We loved our room overlooking the adult pool and near the beach. Very comfortable beds, good wifi, delicious breakfast. We particularly liked the restaurant on the beach in the evenings. We noticed a very charming children's zone near reception.
