Everything was invlusive and it was the best experiences we had during our stay. "I was shocked when found there is no hot water for taking shower during my stay , staff told me that due to rain we are not able to provide however next three hours later you can use , Where in the world you are taking hotel room and there is no hot water , we are in in pandemic days and no hot water Running business for hospitality has to be there with professionalism otherwise by cutting staff and not giving need of your guest shouldn’t be excuses "
