"Banyodan gelen lağım kokusundan sabaha kadar uyuyamadık. Tüm eşyalar çok eskiydi. Yastıklar yıllarca değişmediği için artık yastık olmaktan çıkmış. Küçücük bir banyo ve tuvaleti vardı. Duş ve tuvalet bozuktu. Doğru düzgün duş alamadık. Temizlik çok kötüydü. Böyle bir otelin satışına firmanızın aracılık etmesine de çok şaşırdık. Firmanıza güvenerek aldığımız bu otel de hem verdiğimiz paraya yazık oldu. Hem de firmanıza güvenimiz sarsıldı."
