The food as sooo bad , ordered nachos and guacamole, had to wait two hours in this a la carte restaurant, only to get half an avocado with a unbearable sauce on top . The tacos were so bad as well . There is no customer experience , no follow ups , no attention . I lost my sunglasses and they could not care less to try to find it . "I stayed there as a family. Everything was nice, and didn't have any major issue. The only thing that restaurant was very crowded and there was a queue at everywhere for breakfast and dinner as well. The quality of the food was good."

"A very nice location, friendly staff and great food, but under being a 5 star hotel. The hotel looks dated, with dirty carpet in the rooms, sinks has cracks, elevator to the beach area didn’t work at all. We have to use the stairs 3 levels. Walls has molded on the side. Honestly the beach area and the access to the beach looks abandoned. We are disappointed that this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel on Expedia."

"Loved the Seaview from the room & short walk across the road to the beach for a swim. Having a Fridge was a huge benefit. Great breakfast buffet choice & enjoyed a freshly cooked cheese omelette. Staff went above & beyond to ensure great stay. Have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others."
