Fantastic experience. The concierge, the restaurant and the bartenders were all top notch. Looking forward to a return trip to Kathmandu and the Hyatt Place Hotel.

Everything about it is what you would expect at a Marriott anywhere else in the world except for the concierge staff. The excellent concierge staff certainly justified the 5th star.

The Nepali culture intertwined with eminent hospitality at the Basera Boutique Hotel. I highly recommend this as the first hotel of your stay in Kathmandu, as you recover from jetlag. The streaming services on the TV will help you feel like you're at home, and there's a rooftop pool and restaurant with a complimentary cultural show so you don't have to leave the hotel to have some low-key fun and uniquely Nepali entertainment!

The staff are very polite and accommodating. My safari adventures were well run and the naturalist (Nabin) was so knowledgeable that I even got to spot a tiger! Not many people get to see one. I highly recommend this place. I stayed in one of the well appointed safari tents overlooking the national park. We could even hear a rhino at night munching away under our tent!

Rooms and facilities are updated to modern standards but the entire complex retains its heritage. numerous excellent restaurants in the complex. The staff are friendly and helpful but very professional. Very comfortable bed, reliable internet, spacious and bright room. Close to the city but quiet.

This is like a safari lodge. Pool. Nice grounds. Spacious rooms. Good food. Only complaint is no brewed coffee, just instant Nescafe.

The staff is an outstanding crew. I was absolutely in heaven when I stayed there because of the desk management and the rapid responses to anything I could possibly want. My friends and I stayed at Mulberry a month ago and really enjoyed it. It was so nice and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. When we came back into Kathmandu, we went to another hotel. But we didn’t like it, so we walked over to Mulberry and asked if they had a room for us and they did! So we stayed there twice. Thank you to Mulberry!
