Exceptional staff and stay. We could not have asked for better service and accommodations. Although the drive is a bit from the airport and it is an unpaved airport, when we first arrived we were greeted by multiple staff with drinks and kind attitudes. We were immediately at ease - a true oasis in the desert. From there it just got better, staff everywhere to help and get drinks and anything you need. What a magical find. Stunning location; professional and kind staff all around. This is a peaceful get away or location for wedding. It feels like the drive down dirt roads go on for a bit but worth it. There is a lagoon and you kayak a short distance to a stunning beach. You can’t swim in this part of ocean as it is dangerous but again you can hear the waves from the property and easy drive to other beaches. We had only planned to stay one night but stayed a second. Breathtsking boutique hotel on the beach. Eventhough beach is not swimable( (most beaches aren’t in Cabo), the decor is beautiful, food is amazing, prices are great, and restaurant staff is the best!! Views from it are awesome too.

10/10 in every way. If you need something, look over your shoulder and you will likely find it. If not, you will find a friendly staff member who will happily to help. The eclectic art is fantastic, and there are so many thoughtful and luxurious touches throughout the property. The whole place is a next level vibe. Loved it!

I love this place! I love the fact that you don't sign for every drink and meal you eat. You don't have to think, everything is done for you. Just unwind. If you are a type A that needs an explanation and reason for everything, this is not the place for you. If you want to de-stress, take a yoga class if you want, relax around a pool and chill - this is your place - no TV. Just peace. Bring your books or kindle and unwind.

All Casa Natalia employees were friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy and they told us where we could park our car. We enjoyed our little patio in the morning. A few weeks before our arrival they helped us schedule a COVID test. The doctor arrived on time, as scheduled, and it was an easy process. Wonderful staff! Monse, Daniella and Octavio were very gracious and accommodating. This place was a good home base for our golfing trip (golfed at Palmilla, Cabo Del Sol and Quivera). We actually had a place in San Jose Del Cabo but that was too far so we switched to this one and we are glad we did. Basically, this is really good alternative to an all inclusive resort that you never leave if you plan on going all over the place. and want convenience.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was hospitable, attentive, and ensured we had a great time! The food was delicious- Vista Ballenas was the best, however, the dinner at Pergola was very good and the ambience was romantic. The oceanfront view was priceless! I would definitely recommend this resort for couples if you’re looking for a romantic getaway!

Great location. Actual property is quite small but in very good condition. Nearby tienditas make for easy shopping and you are a about 20 minute walk from the public playa.

The resort was located just West of Cabo Downtown. Far enough out that you had a quiet secluded beach to walk and enjoy the crashing waves. No street vendors, so it was extremely peaceful. A quick 10 minute taxi ride and you were in the heart of the downtown action. Highly recommend this resort. The food was fantastic and the service was top notch. We will definitely be back!

Bed was nice and the room was clean. Not far from the beach. Parking was tight but found a spot.

Our check in experience was not horrible but not the best. The staff was not as attentive with us as with other guest. We did not let that experience affect our stay. The staff at the restaurants, bars, cleanings, etc, were lovely! The food was delicious, the drinks we strong, the hotel was clean and beautiful, the pool was clean, and best part, no kids!

My husband and I have stayed at ME Cabo twice now and it has been such a great experience. The atmosphere, the staff, the food is excellent. Marifer specifically was awesome, she helped us make reservations, along with all other needs that came up. We will definitely continue returning!
