"This was our 4th time we have stayed at Posada real. We have always been treated very well. The reception staff is excellent particularly Danya who has geeted us on all our stops and is like meetng again a friend. This trip she assisted us in upgrading our room to a full ocean vew which was worth the reasonable extra cost. The kitchen wait staff was again just excellent, particularly oNuel who was very effieient. I must mention the trainee student Ingred. Ingred's beutiful smile brightened up many a morning. Over a number of stays we have not been disappointed. The facility is extremely well maintained, the pool is great and sitting on the beach watching the sunrise is also an excellent experiece. "We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The timeshare sales folks did try to get us scheduled for a 90 min appt the following morning which we politely declined and were never approached again. The rooms and the grounds are very clean. It is evident that the staff takes great pride in pleasing the guests. We would return to this property for sure!"
