"We chose Hotel Alcatraz because of the comments on Hotels.com, and we were not disappointed. Our room was large, thoughtfully appointed, and very comfortable. They allowed us to leave our

in the room while we went to dinnerm, and they offered a great breakfast (at a cost) the next morning. I watched Maria squeeze my orange juice, and we both loved the fresh fruit and omelettes we had. Maria was attentive and willing to chat and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely return."

"we love it here! feels like an oasis and love the kitties/doggies running around. restaurant has excellent fish in lemon cream sauce, and nice hot served breakfast. only negative...bathroom meeds some updating and more cleaning. tile the wall around the toilet area would help greatly."

"Great breakfast buffet, they are
pet friendly
and the place is clean and well kept, it always has been that way for the last 15 plus years. My only complaint is the only ice machine was on the 3rd floor and I don’t think it even worked very good. The 1st, 2nd and 4th floor ice machines were removed. I hope they can add at least one more ice machine, that’s important for people that have special food or medicine that needs to be kept cold."
