"We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The reception was very helpful and because we had 1/2 board we even had dinner in the room.Breakfast had a nice selection and wasn’t crowded or noisy at all. The I would have liked different pillows and a little softer bed but the room was awesome! The cleaning staff were amazing and very thoughtful for my birthday they added balloons and bubbles to drink. This hotel is very centrally located and the best spot to enjoy the beach and port. "We really enjoyed our stay there, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and had a nice view of the pool, the pools were big, the buffet food was decent, you can walk to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, highly recommend this place! "
