Shame you have a minimum spend to use the Bali beds. 120 Euros per person, which if you are staying at the hotel should be included once during your stay! Lovely breakfast, but they need to do something about the amount of wasps around the food, inside and out. Prices of food and drinks are expensive, but you expect to pay a premium for this type of property. Having said all this, I would stay at the hotel again. "

They have recommended a lot of great places to usThe only thing that I’d like the Hotel to look into is the beach staff I did go to the beach once in the hotel and it wasn’t the best experience comparing to other beach clubs within the town."

"The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pools were lovely. The poolside staff and lifeguard constantly tidied, and cleaners were always busy keeping the hotel spotless. The breakfast options were fantastic, and there were lots of options for dinner. My room overlooked a building site, but the room itself was lovely. The only thing my friends felt could be improved was the lobby chairs and the outside area at the front of the hotel. The chairs were quite uncomfortable and would have benefited from back cushions. Aside from that minor observation, the hotel was fantastic, and we would definitely visit this hotel chain again. "
