"Room was very clean and bed was enormous and comfortable. The shower was good, and it was nice to have a balcony although it didn't have a sea view Breakfast choices were good. Outdoor pool was open, although very cold and you could get a drink at a poolside van area, but the snacks advertised were not available which was disappointing as we had to leave pool and go into town for lunch. "Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc."
