Great stay, very friendly staff to assist, quiet and clean room, out of 3 stays there had only one issue with linen that was quickly resolved. The Breakfast had a decent selection and everything taste good. Amenities were fine. Large swimming pool.

The staff is amazing here and they go above and beyond. I had an incident which stepped on a rusty clothes hanger in the street on the way back to the hotel and the police contacted the staff here (Esmeralda) and they responded right away sending their RN and having their EMS take me to the local hospital(5mins away). The hotel is very nice everywhere. All the staff were extremely nice, and wanted to help with anything. Restaurant was good, restaurant staff were awesome. Things changed and we needed to extend another day in A City. We knew they were very booked and we might have to go elsewhere for a day. We asked if they could get us one more day and within 15 minutes they confirmed the additional day. Just great place and experience, and we'll definitely stay again.

Great staff and hotel easy to talk to. The menú was outstandig. I would recomend Midori Hotel to everyone.

The best pool

We said "wow" as soon as we enter the casitas. The place smells clean and luxurious (I guess lavender scents) and tastefully furnished with premium furnitures and designer beddings, upscale bathroom with rain shower and outside zen garden-like space. The beach is ok for Batangas standards but we stayed in the pools much more anyway. The children love the kiddie pool and the infinity pools are just fantastic! Breakfast buffet was great and the restaurant is overlooking the cape, very relaxing....

I have stayed at New World several times. I always enjoy my stay there. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, although it is a little old, but definitely very clean. This is one of the hotels I would definitely come back to whenever I am in Manila.

I picked this hotel because of its location being inside Intramuros and within walking distance to historical places. My husband and I, my sister and brother-in-law were all pleasantly surprised and so impressed about everything at Bayleaf. All the staff including the students were professional,friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent. There was a good variety of food at every meal and they were delicious! I definitely would come back.

The property itself is lovely, rooms were really nice and facilities very good. The spa experience was great. The restaurant in the hotel, however, was bordering on awful, with staff sitting down on their phones and not serving customers. We had to get up from our table and go get our own menus, ask to order, and to get our bill! Everything was very slow and the food was cold when it finally arrived. If you stay here, the dining options just 5 minutes down the beach are fantastic, great service...

Lobby was fully staffed with about 20 people urgently waiting to assist you with your needs. Room was very large and nice. A welcome plate with artisan chocolates and mini pastries where ready for me to enjoy on my coffee table. I would highly recommend you stay at this hotel on your visit in Manilla. A++++
