The location is excellent right in the central square, the staff at the front desk is always kind and friendly, very supportive. Probably the best staff I have experienced ever. The rooms are large by European standards, the bathroom is quite large, the bed and linens are good not luxury but very good, the breakfast was included in our rate and it was quite good, we were allowed a late checkout and that was pretty good and helpful. The hotel has a great location. It is an easy 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to all restaurants and shops. The staff is super professional and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and super comfortable and the hotel has an amazing view from the pool terrace of La Concha beach.

Amazing location especially if you are using the autobus center, free popcorn, super friend staff, room have everything you need. Will stay again

The staff was wonderfully attentive and graciously assisted me in English (probably to save us both struggling through my not-so-great Spanish). Spacious rooms. Parking garage is far away and too expensive. Would have loved a complimentary parking or breakfast as being a VIP member.

It was wonderful, our room was very nice and the buffet breakfasts excellent. The staff very attentive and accommodating, quite helpful in finding a restaurant.

Right in the old town, next to the harbor and trail up to the castle, and can walk to everything easily right from the hotel. Friendly staff and great fresh breakfast offerings each day.

The toilet was separate from the shower and had no ventilation and when you flush the toilet the water splashes out even with the lid on. Other than that I loved the property.

We were impressed with the quality and comfort of this hotel, close to the motorway for a one night stay during an extended trip in France. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable with modern features. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of selections.
