"I had a clean, quiet room in a nice part of town near the central attractions and beach in Biarritz. I liked how easy it was to walk to the beach and how close it was to so many restaurants. Jacques, from the hotel staff, was very helpful and explained how to orient myself in the town. He gave me a nice map. The room was lovely and I was very satisfied. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no mini-fridge, mini-bar. I haven't been in a hotel that didn't have this until I stayed here."
