What is there not to like about this property. Ive been staying at this hotel for the past 3 years and the only thing i can say is that the hotel and its staff is awesome! The location is great since its only a 15 min walk to the Ayala Mall and there is a 7-11 right next door to it. The breakfast buffet is great with a large variety of food and drinks. The service and rooms of the hotel are very nice and clean. The buffet is amazing as well as the roof top pool and bar. This hotel has a lot of nice amenities and the view was outstanding from the room we had. The only thing I could say I didn’t like is when I go outside and walk to the mall across the street, as soon as you turn the corner the smell is awful. I also tried the steakhouse and the food was amazing!! Cooked the way I ordered!! I would definitely stay again.

I love that the hotel is right next to the SM mall, very convenient to shop for things we need, the breakfast buffet at Féria and at the 20th floor club lounge are super delicious. Most of all the hotel staff are very helpful, courteous, and super friendly.

I’m writing this as an American tourist that has been to all-inclusive resorts in Cancun and Costa Rica a few times (to help you American readers compare). This resort is 5 stars. I did not know that this resort was undergoing a soft opening upon our visit. We had searched on Agoda and Orbitz and this place kept popping up. Photos looked good and the rates seemed a good value. We booked 4 days 3 nights here in a standard room. Although Google maps took us off-roading we finally got on track and arrived safely. Imagine being swept off your feet at all avenues during a hotel stay because that’s what this place does. I booked the oceanfront villa and WOW!!! This hotel puts that extra personal touch on class and service. Along with my villa I received tea, snacks, welcome necklace and separate personalized check in away from the crowd. My 1st stay at Hennan was remarkable that is why I chose to stay again. My expectations were so high however the experience was quite different. Probably it was so crowded in the pool and by the beach area, including the lobby. Unlike before, there was a staff who greeted u as soon as u enter with a welcome drink and a sort of a lei given to u. Noticed the upholsteries in the lobby are dirty. The atmosphere is not as relaxing as before. But, the staff remain courteous and friendly.

The only bad thing about this hotel is the transportation. They have only one shuttle to alona beach and the taxi arragements are overpriced. Better take a tricicle.

Great location coz it’s attached to Robinsons. I loved it that they call taxi for you & write down # along with your room #. Felt very safe & the hotel was very spacious & clean.

Hammocks on the beach have nets around the coconuts so they don't fall on your head, staff smiles and says hello good morning how was your day, the grounds are manicured with no detail spared, the pool invites you for a swim, a beautiful beach,they have bacon for breakfast, they have an art gallery to enjoy paintings and a ping pong table, the tours arranged from the front desk are with your own driver and they are kind patient and knowledgeable, they have a DVD library to catch up on movies ......
