"Don’t judge from first sight; whilst there are a lot of permanent older vans the park appears to be well maintained and so close to the ocean. It is very quiet. We stayed in a villa cabin was, very spacious, plenty of room to walk especially in bedroom and bathroom. Loved the full size kitchen. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again."

"Great location near You Yangs and Avalon Airport. Great country Pub right next door. The room was clean and comfortable. We opted for the inclusive continental breakfast, which was generous and met our needs. A lovely old building with some great history. A great find!"
