The staff were very friendly and made check-in very easy. It's a great location, not very far off the highway not very far from the airport. It's great for kids since they had a great play area indoors as well as arcades for older kids. The rooms are quite dated and the window was broken in the bathroom, making it very cold in there since there's no heating source directly in there. The shower never got hot, and we couldn't say anything to the desk since they did not open until 10:00 a.m. and we checked out before that.

Average stay

The surrounding environment around the check-in area is not suitable for family. The room was clean and beds were very good. But there were several issues in the bathroom, hot shower knob was broken, water dripping to a drawer from the basin and missing exhaust fan. I gave my feedback to the manager present during check-out.

I have stayed at this venue previously as my business travels the east coast east month. The last stay was perfect. This stay was a complete debacle, and the manager of the day was rude, obnoxious and would not listen regarding a deposit policy. Previous stays I was “offered” not to pay a deposit.i didn’t ask for the deposit to be waived,it was offered, but this manager would not recognise that the no deposit situation was offered previously to my company
