"The photos were not representative of the property. It was quite run-down from the outside but inside was slightly better.We had a check-in time confirmed for 2pm and the cleaner was still there at 2:50pm. We had a checkout time at 10am on Tuesday and the cleaner came to hurry us out at 9:40am... when i told her no she needs to wait until 10am she still came in... The host did apologise but our entire morning started off on the wrong foot and one of our group left something behind.The property...
