"Location is brilliant - just across the road from the Southern Cross Station where Skybus provides express passage to/from the airport. Also lots of food options, convenience stores and shopping nearby.
Checking in/out was a breeze and the staff (including housekeeping) always helpful. We are grateful for a small grace period given to check out a wee bit later.
Facilities - we didn’t use but a more than adequate gym and a decent swimming pool.
Room was quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable. Basic amenities were there together with a good refrigerator, great smart TV and in-room safe. My only gripe was the bit of morning light seeping in from the sides of the roller blinds. But that’s me - I tend to wake up late.
