The quality of Merit truly stood out. The room was simply amazing; it was one of the suite rooms and everything from the materials, decoration, comfort, size, and the sea view was excellent. I am an Expedia VIP world traveler and have stayed at hundreds of 5 star hotels. This hotel definitely surpassed my expectations. It is definitely a full 5 star hotel with 7 star service. My girlfriend was crazy about how great the bathroom was. Very good lighting for makeup or something. She was happy, so I was too. Can’t beat the location. Off peak season parking was easy in a lot 10 meters away, but I could imagine in July the adjacent public lot fills up fast.

Our stay at Hotel Zeta was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel was lovely, the location was great, and our family suite was beautiful, clean, and had an incredible view. Loved this stay! The location was excellent, the room was so spacious (they even upgraded us!), the complimentary chairs at their own private beach were excellent, and the hospitality of the staff was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful facility and great location with amazing views. Outstanding staff, professional and they went above and beyond whenever possible to help us. Only drawback its little too far from Kotor old town. It takes about an hour with an average taxi price of 80 euros. Overall we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

The Viola Hotel was well designed and spotless. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was especially well done. The hotel is up above Budva and not in the town center, which was fine for just one night

A lovely, new hotel with large, beautifully decorated rooms. Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. Top floor pool and restaurant are nice. The hotel is on a busy street, so sitting on the balcony was not suitable, but with the doors closed, there is no noise.

This has to be the best place to stay in the entire city. Everything was so clean and the decor was beautiful. The free breakfast featured an omelet bar and a buffet! To top it off, the staff was friendly and helpful. If I visit Budva again, this will be the hotel I’m staying at.

The location is perfect—close to everything, but still peaceful. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and thoughtfully designed—everything I needed was right there. The bed was super comfortable, and I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax or focus on work.
