"A truly upmarket hotel in terms of quality and standards. Drawback - linguistic skills, and everything is in Bulgarian currency and limited if non-existent use of credit cards. "

"Unprofessional service, there’s only temporary parking until you check in, then they tell you to go park on the street but nobody tell you that you could be towed, 4 guys were at the entrance, not one helped with the luggage. There’s no WIFI and no Cable TV in the room"

The hotel should to repair - especially, but not only this - ‘the shower’ in the bathroom. Not normal, if the guest fly out from it, hit its head into the wall and spend the night at the emergency. "The hotel was clean and tidy and was a good base for us, the staff (Julie) was brilliant even booking transfers for us back to the airport at nearly half the price of the taxi to the hotel. The kids loved the pool and spent many hours in there. The beach was 5 minutes from the hotel with restaurant's and bars being very good and very cheap, with excellent services aswell. The only thing we didn't manage to sort out was using the buses from Sveti Vlas to Sunny beach, but better luck next time...

"Les chambres sont correctes mais les oreillers d’une couleur douteuse, un drap sur deux est trop court, de la moquette bourrée de toiles d’araignées dans les coins. Les rideaux pendent lamentablement et n’occultent aucunement la lumière du jour ou même la lumière du balcon qui ne s’éteint qu’à minuit."

"Hotel is very run down and not taking care of. We had a ocean view which was great except the bar at the bottom of the hotel on the boardwalk blasts music until 8am. Thankfully we aren't bothered by the noise and expect it in the area but I could see this being a big issue for a lot of people. Never tried the restaurant after seeing the state of the hotel. Location is good, hotel has 3 buildings but only one is currently being used. "

"You get what you pay for here. Rooms are ok, could do with a good clean and a refresh. Beds aren't uncomfortable. Food is awful. Drink is ok. Snack bar is good. Nothing wrong with this hotel for the money paid."
