"Great location , beautiful hotel and rooms"

"Really nice but only one pool open and one restaurant open. Depending on where you live it can be a really long walk."

"The hotel was clean and tidy and was a good base for us, the staff (Julie) was brilliant even booking transfers for us back to the airport at nearly half the price of the taxi to the hotel. The kids loved the pool and spent many hours in there. The beach was 5 minutes from the hotel with restaurant's and bars being very good and very cheap, with excellent services aswell. The only thing we didn't manage to sort out was using the buses from Sveti Vlas to Sunny beach, but better luck next time...

"Palvelu hidasta ja henkilökunta ei ollut iloisia vaan kyllästyneitä työhönsä.Kylpyhuone homeessa ja voin alalla työskentelevänä sanoa että pitäisi pistää käyttökieltoon,koska haju jo niin voimakas,että jopa itselle tuli siitä pääkipeäksi.Myös parvekkeen lattia homeessa ja lauttojen saumoista nousi vesi ylös kun sinne meni.Huonetta ei käyty siivoamassa kertaakaan ja kun pyysimme siivojan,hän tyhjensi vaan roskikset mutta ei vaihtanut pyyhkeitä eikä petivaatteita.Lakana ei pysynyt nukkuessa...

"First night terrible rooms one with no bed sheets no towels. Mold all over . Parking far away ( I am handicapped)nobody spoke English that night . The all inclusive a bad joke . The restaurant dirty . Food cold . The food was worse than the one distributed for homeless people.Garbage everywhere. "

"Il posto è molto bello, ma i bulgari non sanno cosa siano pulizia e disponibilità verso il cliente. Peccato perché la struttura ha un potenziale altissimo. Gestito diversamente sarebbe una meraviglia. "
