"The food was great, the room was excellent, and the bar was super. The pools and pool bar were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The entertainment was enjoyable, and the singer was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay."

"Loved the hotel! Clean, spacious and beautiful aesthetics. Absolutely recommend the hotel and can’t wait to return. Spa, sound bath, restaurants and beach were all 10/10. Thanks!"

"Cafe on site was excellent and many locals book there for evening meals The staff were ok depending on who was on shift but we found and got everything we needed Room and beds were very comfortable and location to shops restaurants bus and train was ideal"

"The receptionist (I'm sorry to say I didn't get his name) was SO friendly and helpful - the most welcoming receptionist I have ever encountered, I would say! Amongst other things, he pointed us in the direction of some cheap parking nearby, which was particularly useful local knowledge. The hotel was in a great location, really near the main sights, but on a very quiet street. It was well-appointed, with charming Moorish-style architecture and details. We had such a nice stay, with only two...

"The pool/spa complex was a very pleasant surprise with food/bar facilities. Location is great for watching sunsets along the shore, and also convenient to walk to through the old town."

"We stayed for 2 weeks and accommodation met the standard expected of a 5* facility, We have travelled to many places over the years so feel we can confidently share both the positive and negatives which will hopefully elevate the hotels ability to always seek improvements. The first positive is there’s not many negatives😉 The hotel cleanliness and condition was very good and swipe test in key areas did not raise any concerns in he shared spaces. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful...

Gerne wieder!"

"I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for what was truly a memorable stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional. Everyone was warm, gracious, professional, and attentive, and their genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our visit. The restaurant was equally impressive, with wonderful food and a lovely atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and the opportunity to simply relax and enjoy everything the hotel has to...

"The room was very comfortable - staff were very helpful - breakfast was fine. Everything worked well - AC - Shower 👍"

"Check-in was pleasant and reception was kind. They helped book a taxi for my early flight. Room was dark and dingy. They had an old, musty smell to them. It did the job for a one-night stay."

"The hotel was beautiful but after a long day exploring we arrived back to find the pool and hot tub closed. 7:00 pm closure seems early. That was a huge disappointment."

"Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful and room was nicely appointed"
