Great hotel

This is a rather posh hotel on a restored old college campus. Currently, the area houses art studios, shops, music/art classes, restaurants, food trucks and a Michelin star rated wine bar. The area is very walkable and across from an incredibly beautiful park.

Golden hotel is the perfect stay once landing in Christchurch and before leaving again. Very clean and nice space. Staff is also responsive and kind with inquiries. There is a Vietnamese cafe right on the main lobby so very convenient for a quick pick me up. Overall, would stay here again so definitely recommend!

We loved the Mayfair! Everything was wonderful!

This is a beautiful property located across the street from the Botanical Garden and green space. We stayed in the suite which I would recommend. It is so so nice! The host and hostess were available on the premise for what ever we needed. There are several areas in the villa for relaxation. It is quite for sleeping and safe for walking at night within a few blocks of shopping and eating.

Signage for property parking for the hotel was missing, for which required me to search at busy airport parking . When this was reported , staff merely remarked it was the responsibility of the airport

We were tired from traveling for several days and wanted a nice place to rest for the night. The Oamaru Motor Lodge was perfect. It was spacious, had a comfortable king-sized bed, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The icing on the cake was the big jetted tub we enjoyed together. This hotel was absolutely beautiful and the rooms were very spacious and clean with lovely decor. The location was great within walking distance to everything. The staff at the front desk were all very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again if in Christchurch.

Carnmore is a nice hotel. For the convenience of guests, need to provide breakfast. At least continental breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located within the city center and made it easy to walk to shops and many great restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the hotel for a few days at the start of our trip and again on our last few days of our trip. Very nice accommodations

The George is an outstanding hotel. The service was amazing. The bistro and bar were very good. The room was very comfortable and modern. The location is right next to the Avon River and park and is a perfect place to stay at in Christchurch if you want to walk to the main attractions.

The staff was helpful, the room was very nice & it was a good location. My only complaint: they advertised as having airport shuttle services & really it was just a phone number you had to book yourself (& it didn’t work out for us).
