"We stayed in a disability room. We could see this room while OK for us would not be for someone in a wheelchair. It's on the 5th floor and a powered chair would not be able to get out of the lift or move around in the room or get into bed. There was no where to put your toiletries in the bathroom and it would have been nice to have a mirror over the basin. Rhe bed was hard. The staff were amazing and helpful. Having a restaurant as well as a kitchen and laundry on site are helpful to many...

"Very clean! Had everything we needed including a toaster. Beautiful view. Beds were comfortable. Very close to everything."

"Restaurant had amazing food and friendly staff, room was clean and had everything we needed. Pool tables available is a huge bonus, (annoying how it takes $2 a game). Courtyard area is peaceful with plenty of seating dining and hammocks."

"Our room was very comfortable and the entire hotel was very clean. The building itself is very modern and looks almost brand new. We really liked the attached restaurant/bar as well. We received excellent and helpful service at both the hotel and the restaurant. For us, the location worked very well and allowed us to walk to many areas for shopping, dining and even the Botanical Gardens. The city itself is beautiful with many artistic features and murals, stunning architecture and...

"Grear location, excellent facilities, playground and rude-ins for the kids, friendly atmosphere"

"New Room. Good staffs. Easy to contact. My room near to the road, not that quiet but still good. Thanks"

"Clean room"

"Bathroom wasn’t particularly clean in our room. Staff friendly and helpful."

"Clean comfortable"

"This hotel is across the street from the huge, beautiful Hagley Park and Botanic Gardens and in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants within a couple of blocks walk. It is a top tier yet affordable hotel. The breakfast was the nicest hotel breakfast I have ever had. I have a dairy restriction and this breakfast is very accommodating. The gardens are beautiful in the spring! The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. Parking was easy and free. We stayed here at both the beginning and end of...
