"The room had a weird smell to it that was very unpleasant which made our stay uncomfortable the entire time. The sofa bed mattress was filthy. We asked staff for a different room but they said they were sold out and it wouldnt be a room with balcony view so that would be a downgrade. Rooms need to be updated and new furniture is need ASAP."

"I was so disappointed after checking in to Emerald Beach. The property is need of an overhaul. Everything was breaking, grounds filled with weeds, coffee pot and phone not working in the room. Room not too clean. The only good thing about the resort was the beach and scenery. Everything else was subpar at best. "

The grounds had a beautiful island feel with the gardens right out the window the view was breathtaking every morning. We walked the emerald beach every night under 🌝 moonlight all and all living in a picture or a dream."

"The hotel is known for its views which are wonderful. However, the room was clean, but television was hard to work, sink had no drain catch, and no surface areas in the bathroom to place items. Would have appreciated a coffee pot because no coffee available until 8 AM. "

"Air conditioning is defective. Lost power twice. No hair blower, parking is not easy. Only the celiling cools me off. Can't use the tv because had to log in each time. Room per night is overprice and not a standard hotel."
